She commented that they all grow A LOT over spring break. The first day back they seem so much taller! Parents, please check the length of your scholar’s skirts and shorts. We understand the difficulty when uniform clothing has to be purchased for the last quarter of the school year, but it is important that the shorts and skirts are the proper length (see the family handbook for guidance) - shirts need to be long enough to be tucked in.

I will send an email home on Wednesday if they reach that goal. They loved the last party where they brought in blankets, flashlights, and a stuffed animal to read to! On that note, we are need of boxes of tissues! GENERAL REMINDERS: Uniform fleece jackets - Please sure your scholar's name is in the jackets and cardigans. They all look alike so if one gets lost it can be difficult for scholars to tell which one is theirs. - Be sure to check the fleece jackets and the cardigans when your scholar brings them home. Sometimes they get mixed up with other scholars' belongings. - When we find random jackets that that don't have names (or have names that are smudged and unrecognizable) we frequently hold them up to ask who they belong to. The most common answer is, "Not mine." - There is a nice mountain of uniform items at the front office. If your scholar is missing anything, I highly highly encourage you to stop by and go through them to see if you can locate the missing items. Water bottles - It may be chilly, but scholars still get thirsty. Please be sure to send a water bottle to school with your scholar every day.
